We are the Leopards
Music time
During this half
term we have been learning about sounds around us both at home and at
school. We have discovered
where sounds come from and how we hear them.
We have looked at musical instruments and made some models of our
own using recycled materials. We
have learnt how to make sounds in different ways including using many
percussion instruments in school. We
enjoyed dancing and singing to music in our Christmas play, Captain
Christmas. During the term we
have become aware of different ways of celebrating a range of festivals.
Our very busy term ended with a Christingle service
after which we made our own Christingles and a candlelit carol
service. Our parents helped us
to make party hats to wear at the party on the last day.
